One enquiry method is included without extra charge. Both methods together cost LKR 8,000. මූලික මිලට WhatsApp හෝ Email ක්‍රමයෙන් එකක් ඇතුළත්ය. දෙකම අවශ්‍ය නම් රු. 8,000ක් අමතර වේ.
Important / වැදගත්: WhatsApp enquiries are not automatically synchronized to the admin system. Email enquiries are recorded in admin. Automated WhatsApp/SMS status messages are separate optional upgrades. WhatsApp විමසීම් admin වෙත ස්වයංක්‍රීයව නොයයි. Email විමසීම් admin තුළ සටහන් වේ.
Without 360°: Customers see normal vehicle photos and videos, already included. With 360°: They drag or swipe through a prepared exterior image sequence to inspect the car from different directions.
Illustration only. True 360° requires compatible image frames prepared for each vehicle.
360° scope: Component integration, mobile-friendly rotation and an agreed upload/management method. Vehicle image sequences and their photography/production are client-supplied or separately quoted; one ordinary video or photo alone is not guaranteed to create a true 360° exterior view. සෑම වාහනයකටම ගැළපෙන 360° ඡායාරූප පෙළක් ලබාදිය යුතුය; ඡායාරූප ගැනීම වෙනම සේවාවකි.

This is an estimated one-time development charge, not a final invoice. External AI API charges, SMS/WhatsApp usage, third-party subscriptions, domain/hosting renewals and payment gateway fees (if selected) are separate. මෙය එක්වරක් ගෙවන ඇස්තමේන්තුවකි. 09, Terms & conditions / කොන්දේසි
Scope & initial data: LKR 65,000 includes the listed 18 features and initial entry of up to 10 complete client-supplied vehicle records. Additional ongoing records are self-managed by the client.
Unlimited listings ≠ unlimited hosting: No fixed software listing limit. Photos and videos use actual server storage and data transfer; per-file upload sizes, fair-use resource limits and additional storage/hosting upgrades may apply. Base includes normal photo galleries, admin video upload support and externally hosted video embeds. Video streaming/transcoding infrastructure is excluded.
AI assistant: Included embedded customer-facing assistant using approved listing/FAQ information. Generative AI operation may need a client-funded provider account/API and usage credits. No guarantee of AI accuracy, live availability verification, price negotiation or automatic sales decisions.
Enquiry workflow: One method included: WhatsApp OR Email. Both +LKR 8,000. WhatsApp prefilled message is sent only after customer taps Send; it is not automatically stored in admin. Email form creates an admin record and can send configured status emails when owner updates status. SMS/WhatsApp automation is extra.
360° upgrade: LKR 25,000 covers a compatible image-sequence viewer integration, not vehicle photography, automatically generated 3D assets, or prebuilt 360° imagery for all stock. Each vehicle requires usable frame sequences.

Client materials: Showroom name/logo, vehicle photos and videos, accurate prices/specifications/stock status, contact details, approved public descriptions and any legal/consumer notices are supplied/approved by the client. Preview data is illustrative.
Hosting & domain: First 12 months of ordinary shared hosting are included for reasonable use, plus first-year .lk registration allowance up to LKR 5,000 (one domain). Extra/premium domain cost, extra video storage/CDN, third-party licences and future hosting/domain renewal charges are quoted separately before renewal.
Revisions, training, support: Two design revision rounds within the agreed scope, one basic admin training session and 30 days of defect fixes after launch. New features and major design changes require separate agreement.
Development timeline: Indicative 3–5 weeks after approved design, agreed scope, and receipt of complete vehicle assets; subject to integration needs and client feedback.
Payment milestones: 50% advance before development (base: LKR 32,500); remaining 50% after client-approved final demonstration and before public launch. Selected add-ons are included in the final agreed project quotation.
No sales guarantee: Basic SEO improves technical readiness but cannot promise search rankings, visitor numbers, enquiries or vehicle sales. External usage charges may change.

Proposal status: This is a scope-and-price estimate rather than an invoice. Terms & Conditions apply. Actual website implementation requires backend hosting/database and is not contained in this proposal ZIP.
